The Digital Future Initiative is an associate-led program powered by Compass Digital, Technology, and Data & AI focused on bridging the digital divide. Through a series of action-based programs, we are committed to making technology an accessible and empowering space for all individuals, both within our company and in the communities we serve.

Closing the Digital Divide
We’re resolute in gifting gently used hardware to school-age youth who wouldn’t otherwise have consistent access to smart devices to complete their schoolwork.

Our partnership with Year Up United produces a technology-driven internship program that turns promising interns into valuable employees throughout Compass Digital, Technology, and Data & AI.
