

April is Impact Month across Compass Digital, Technology, and Data & AI. As part of the Digital Future Initiative, associates come together throughout the month to make a tangible difference in the communities where they live and work through volunteer opportunities focused on digital literacy and community outreach.
Our mission is to uplift communities by championing digital literacy and bridging the opportunity gap. We believe that taking the time to physically volunteer can have a greater impact than making a donation, and this value is embedded in our company culture.

Access to food is key to the health of any community. We seek opportunities to champion food banks, food drives, and meal delivery services.


To enhance the well-being of a community, it is crucial to prioritize meeting everyone's needs and ensuring their voices are heard. Hosting workshops, collaborating with local support organizations, and bridging the digital divide by donating technology that empower community members to learn and thrive.
Taking care of our environment ensures the longevity of our community. We take special care to acknowledge areas where we are wasteful or harmful to our environment and take action where we can, including donating tech to others in need.
