April is Impact Month at Compass Digital. As part of our Digital Future Initiative, throughout this month we are committed to making a tangible difference in the communities where we live and work, by participating in volunteer opportunities centered around digital literacy and community outreach.

Our Impact

Our mission is to uplift communities by championing digital literacy and bridging the opportunity gap. We believe that taking the time to physically volunteer can have a greater impact than making a donation, and this value is embedded in our company culture.

We recognize that the future is digital, and there remains a gap among those who have access to emerging technologies. Associates are encouraged to share knowledge in their communities surrounding career paths in technology, navigating cybersecurity challenges, and empowering local businesses.

Alleviating Food Insecurity

Access to food is key to the health of any community. We seek opportunities to champion food banks, food drives, and meal delivery services.

Promoting Community Wellness

To enhance the well-being of a community, it is crucial to prioritize meeting everyone's needs and ensuring their voices are heard. Hosting workshops, collaborating with local support organizations, and bridging the digital divide by donating technology empower community members to learn and thrive.

Cultivating a Sustainable Future

Taking care of our environment ensures the longevity of our community. We take special care to acknowledge areas where we are wasteful or harmful to our environment and take action where we can, including donating tech to others in need.
